GROB Service presents comprehensive range of services at the in-house exhibition
GROB Service accompanies its customers through all phases of the machine life cycle - with customized products and services that ensure sustainable and long-term production reliability

(PresseBox) - A special highlight of this year's in-house exhibition is the "GROB Service Timewalk" - a new series of presentations that will take place four times a day as a tour. In just 20 minutes, visitors will receive a compact overview of central service topics such as spare parts supply, training concepts, service agreements and retrofits at four stations.
"With the GROB Timewalk service, we want to show our customers that our service goes far beyond traditional services. We accompany our machines throughout their entire life and offer the right solution for every phase," explains Martin Schilling, Head of Service at GROB. GROB Service will also be offering attractive special promotions during the in-house exhibition, including discounts for the "Production Reliability" service agreement, customer training and the new "System Availability" spare parts package. In addition, technical experts will be on hand to advise on individual automation solutions.
Premiere: Virtual training courses with VR technology
For the first time, the GROB Technical Academy is presenting its innovative concept for virtual training. With the help of VR goggles, visitors can immerse themselves in the digital environment of a machine and experience the future of training in a hands-on way.
"With our new VR training courses, we enable customers to familiarize themselves intensively with the machine before commissioning. This not only increases efficiency, but also improves operating safety," says Martin Schilling. In addition, training instructors present the versatile training portfolio directly on the machine. An interactive touchscreen will also give visitors an insight into the GROB Service digital platforms. Here, visitors can discover the latest functions of the GROB4Care webshop for spare parts inquiries and orders, as well as the GROB Campus, the digital training platform.

• Best price promise for spare parts • Retrofittable software options for universal machines • NEW: Warranty extension of up to five years • Supply options for motor spindles with exclusive insight into motor spindle repair

"We want to offer our visitors real added value - with practical solutions, interactive experiences and individual consultations. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best possible support not only today, but also in the future," emphasizes Martin Schilling, Head of GROB Service.
Technical experts from various service areas will be available on site for individual consultations. GROB Service is looking forward to presenting innovative solutions and its comprehensive expertise to trade fair visitors at.
