EcoGraf: Breakthrough in Production of More Environmentally Friendly Battery Anode Material
(PresseBox) - Australian graphite company EcoGraf (WKN A2PW0M / ASX EGR) reports further progress in the development of its vertically integrated business for the production of battery anode materials (BAM). On one hand, a breakthrough was achieved in the development of a new and more environmentally friendly battery anode material, and on the other hand, according to the company, the second HFfree® patent application (HFfree = free of hydrofluoric acid) for graphite purification will now be granted!
EcoGraf can now report that the latest results from the company’s product qualification facility show that it meets the highest chemical specifications of customers for spherical graphite (SPG), while maintaining the important physical specification. According to EcoGraf, this represents a technical breakthrough.
