It is possible tolisten in on press conferences and analyst meetings / conferencecalls by phone or via our website.Dividend election procedureEach Fortis share represents one share in each of the two Fortisparent companies, i.e. Fortis N.V. and Fortis SA/NV. Shareholders cantherefore decide from which parent company they wish to receive theirdividend. They can choose Fortis N.V. and receive their dividend fromthe Dutch source, or Fortis SA/NV and receive their dividend from theBelgian source. Shareholders must make their choice known during thedividend election period.With insurance as core business, Fortis (www.fortis.com) employs over10,000 people in in Belgium and internationally.
