Klövern signs a framework agreement with Sodexo

Klövern and Sodexo have signed a framework agreement for services according to
which, Sodexo undertakes to care of service structure at Klövern's business
units. First out will be Norrköping Science Park where Sodexo will operate a
restaurant, conference and other expanded services including a telephone
switchboard and post handling from October 2011.
Together with Sodexo, Klövern will develop and offer environments and services
to meet tenants' wishes for ancillary services associated with the lease. This
operation will be performed with a high level of service and quality.
"Klövern's primary task is to provide premises in Business and Science Parks,
small business parks and city properties. By working together with Sodexo, we
will be able to offer service solutions and environments to stimulate
communication, innovation and creativity. Public spaces and modern meeting areas
will become important arenas for collaboration and business", says Klövern's CEO
Gustaf Hermelin.
