This purchase order is basedon the terms of the Letter of Intent concluded between Metso MineralsAB and Endomines in July 2009, and includes a grinding mill,gravimetric and flotation separation circuits and dewateringequipment. All necessary processing pumps and engineering works werealso included to the order.Metso Minerals AB is one of the leading mining processing equipmentsuppliers in the world, and its expertise in processing technology,combined with the know-how of the engineering company CTS Engtec Oy(contracted earlier this year), provides Endomines with the requiredequipment and resources for the successful establishment of PampaloMine processing plant.Endomines Oy has also signed a project control and managementagreement with Ahma Insinöörit Oy from Finland. This agreementincludes project management and supervision of all earthmoving andprocessing plant construction as well as equipment installation inaccordance with the schedule prepared by Endomines.Ahma Insinöörit Oy is the largest independent project control andmanagement engineering company in Finland, and has specialised in theexecution of challenging infrastructure and mining projects. AhmaInsinöörit Oy latest mining projects include the Kittilä andTalvivaara mines. Ahma-Insinöörit employs 140 persons and has anannual turnover of 10M?.Endomines has also signed a contract with Kesälahden Maansiirto Oyfor the tailings storage facility and processing plant foundationearthworks.
