Pfeiffer retired in September 2011 with more than 29 years of leadership experience within Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and predecessor firms. His responsibilities included heading Marketing, National Business Development and many strategic businesses centered around wealth management, financial planning and retirement services. With a long history focused on client experience and client communications, he will help Socialware continue to assist Financial Advisors and their firms to deepen relationships and grow their business. Pfeiffer has spoken at several industry events and worked with regulators on the topic of social media use for client engagement. He successfully spearheaded Morgan Stanley Smith Barney's social media program, marking the first wirehouse to embrace social communication between advisors and clients.
