Perfectly integrated sun shading, glare protection and screening
(PresseBox) - Energy-saving, convenient and perfectly integrated: Schüco Integralmaster is an internal roller blind system that is fully concealed in the glazing bead of Schüco PVC-U window systems. As a result, the appearance of the windows and window doors remains virtually unchanged. From the outside, the sun shading is almost imperceptible. The system ensures optimum use of natural light with no troublesome reflections or glare.
With this innovative concept for internal sun shading, glare protection and screening, Schüco Integralmaster opens up a wide range of options for use in modern window construction. It is suitable for use in newbuilds as well as renovation and retrofit projects. In addition to integration in Schüco aluminium systems, Integralmaster can now also be combined with the Schüco LivIng, Schüco LivIng Alu Inside, Schüco Symbiotic and Schüco FocusIng PVC-U window systems.
Thanks to its internal position, Schüco Integralmaster is protected from the wind and other weather influences, which keeps the cleaning and maintenance requirements low and avoids damage caused by sudden changes in the weather. A range of different film and textile blinds in numerous degrees of transparency is available to meet individual requirements for sun shading, glare protection and screening. Depending on the desired use, a choice can be made between opaque screening, semi-transparent darkening and a high level of natural light with maximum transparency. In addition, special reflective films provide increased thermal insulation, enabling glare to be reduced by up to 97 percent and solar heat gain by up to 85 percent. Schüco Integralmaster therefore adheres to the EU regulations for glare protection at VDU workstations and is suitable for both workplaces and living spaces. Thanks to the concealed side guide in the vertical glazing bead, light is effectively prevented from entering at the sides and the overall look remains harmonious throughout.
Operation is either manual by means of a chain hoist or electrical via an integrated 24 V DC SMI motor, with a concealed mechanism for both options. With the integrated Integralmaster system, operation of the windows and window doors is unrestricted. For easy and reliable installation, Schüco Integralmaster is supplied in prefabricated assemblies and can be used in windows and window doors with a glazing rebate width of between 400 and 1500 millimetres and a glazing rebate height of between 400 and 2500 millimetres.
