Hybrid Software on the Acquisition Trail: Conics Joins the Group
(PresseBox) - Hybrid Software, a leading innovator of packaging design and visualization software, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Conics, a software development and consultancy firm for the printing and packaging industry based in Ypres, Belgium. Conics specializes in partnering with customers to assist the selection and implementation of graphical software and bridges gaps with custom development and integration services.
Hybrid Software CEO Mike Rottenborn states: “Our strategy has always been to build from our core competency of high-end graphical software for Labels & Packaging, then strengthen that with targeted acquisitions of complementary technologies. With the addition of Conics, we strengthen our position in project management and consultancy.
