(PresseBox) - KATHREIN Solutions GmbH sets the course for the next phase of development: Lenbach Capital (Munich) acquires KATHREIN Solutions GmbH, following its acquisition of Kathrein Broadcast GmbH at the beginning of the year. The new ownership structure strengthens operational continuity and at the same time creates additional scope for the consistent further development of the product and solutions business.
