Systec Presents the Next Generation of Autoclaves and New Solutions for the Laboratory of the Future

(PresseBox) - .

New Autoclave Generation: Systec DX-Series and Systec VX-Series – Redefining Innovation, Connectivity, and Efficiency

Systec GmbH & Co. KG will present its latest innovations in autoclaves and laboratory solutions at Analytica 2026 in Munich from March 24–27, 2026. At Hall B1, Booth 502, Systec will showcase the Next Generation Autoclaves – the new Systec DX-Series and Systec VX-Series – as well as solutions for connected, efficient, and regulatory-compliant sterilization processes.

With this new generation, Systec sets new benchmarks in terms of ease of use, process reliability, energy efficiency, and connectivity. The autoclaves feature a completely new touchscreen control system, a redesigned interior, and a modern, functional design. As a result, they combine outstanding technical performance with intuitive operation and ergonomic design.

The pressure vessels are made of corrosion-resistant, pharmaceutical-grade stainless steel and are designed as standard for 4 bar / 140 °C, with an optional upgrade to 5 bar / 150 °C.

Next Generation Systec Autoclaves – More Efficiency, More Safety, More Connectivity

The new Systec autoclaves offer numerous technical innovations:

Energy- and resource-efficient technologies to reduce power and water consumption

Significantly reduced process times for maximum laboratory efficiency

USB, Ethernet, and optional Wi-Fi interfaces for full connectivity

Export of documentation data in PDF and CSV format

Internal memory for at least 10 years of process data

From a regulatory perspective, the systems meet essential requirements of FDA 21 CFR Part 11 as well as additional pharmaceutical regulations. Digital signatures, audit trails, tamper-proof documentation, and user management ensure complete traceability of all sterilization processes.

Product Portfolio: Systec DX-Series, Systec VX-Series, and Systec HX-Series – The Optimal Solution for Every Application

Systec DX-Series (Tabletop Autoclaves): 25 – 200 liters

Systec VX-Series (Vertical Floor-Standing Autoclaves): 40 – 150 liters

Systec HX-Series (Horizontal Floor-Standing Autoclaves): 65 – 1,580 liters

Systec HX-Series 2D (Pass-Through Autoclaves): For cleanroom and containment applications

All Systec autoclaves are based on a modular, future-proof system concept. Features and equipment can be retrofitted at any time to accommodate changing requirements. This ensures that the systems continue to provide the optimal solution over the long term while offering a high level of investment and future security.

All autoclaves are modularly expandable and retrofittable, for example with:

Vacuum systems for porous solids and bagged waste

Radial fan for accelerated heat transfer

Ultracooler for a significant reduction in cooling times

Superdry for maximum drying efficiency

Exhaust air filtration with a 0.2 µm sterile air filter for biological hazardous materials

Digital Innovation: Systec Connect DS

With the Systec Connect Documentation System, Systec provides a powerful platform for the real-time monitoring of all autoclave processes – directly via a web browser, without the need for additional hardware or software.

Live monitoring of all devices in the network

Intuitive user interface

PDF and CSV documentation

All data remains within the local network – no cloud required

Free Systec Connect App

Additional Trade Fair Highlights: Systec Mediaprep & Systec Mediafill

At Analytica 2026, Systec will also present:

Systec Mediaprep – media preparators for the fast preparation and sterilization of microbiological media
