Granite Hill Estates to Host Two Important Events
Open House and Informational Seminar Will Be Helpful to Those Nearing Retirement
(firmenpresse) - HALLOWELL, ME -- (Marketwire) -- 10/05/11 -- Granite Hill Estates (GHE), the Kennebec Valley's premiere continuing care retirement community, announces two upcoming events:
On Thursday, October 27, GHE will host an Open House from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Tours of the property will be conducted, and refreshments will be served.
On Friday, October 28, GHE will host an Informational Seminar in the Maine Lodge Dining Room at 10:00 a.m. The various models of independent cottages and apartments will be presented. Pricing, services, and amenities will be covered. All questions will be answered. And refreshments will be served.
"We're pleased to be hosting both of these events," said Kathy Jorgensen, Granite Hill's executive director. "People contemplating retirement have important decisions to make. These two events will let folks know how carefree and affordable retirement living can be. They'll help them understand all the benefits and advantages we offer. To get to Granite Hill Estates, take exit 109 from the south or 109B from the north off I-95 (Winthrop). Head west on Route 202. Take a left onto Edison Drive. GHE is on the right.
GHE is a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) nestled on 135 wooded acres in the heart of the Kennebec Valley. Offering cottage homes and apartments, GHE provides a full complement of amenities and services, including an indoor heated swimming pool; a fully equipped fitness center; snow shoveling, lawn care, and exterior home maintenance; housekeeping; and appliance maintenance.
