(PresseBox) - IsoEnergy Ltd. (NYSE American: ISOU; TSX: ISO) (the “Company” or “IsoEnergy”) (- https://www.commodity-tv.com/play/isoenergy-exciting-ceo-insights-on-the-world-nuclear-association-meeting-and-corporate-update/ -) is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced bought deal financing, pursuant to which the Company sold 3,833,410 common shares of the Company (“Common Shares”) at a price of C$15.00 per Common Share for gross proceeds of C$57,501,150 (the “Offering”), which includes the full exercise of the over-allotment option. The Offering was conducted by a syndicate of underwriters, led by Stifel Canada, Canaccord Genuity Corp. and Jett Capital Advisors, LLC (the “Underwriters”).  

The proceeds from the Offering are expected to be used to fund the continued development and further exploration of the Company's mineral properties, and for general corporate purposes.

Additionally, the Company anticipates that closing of its previously announced non-brokered concurrent private placement (the “Concurrent Private Placement”) with NexGen Energy Ltd. (“NexGen”) will occur on or about the date hereof.
