* Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company's share of the total number of
shares and voting rights in CapMan Plc has exceeded 5%.
* Ari Tolppanen's and Oy Aristo-Invest Ab's combined share of the total number
of shares in CapMan Plc has fallen below 10% and their combined share of
voting rights in CapMan Plc has exceeded 20%.
* Heikki Westerlund's and Heiwes Oy's combined share of the voting rights in
CapMan Plc has exceeded 10%.
* CapMan Partners B.V.'s share of the total number of shares and voting rights
in CapMan Plc has fallen below 5%.
