(Thomson Reuters ONE) - The Board of Golar LNG Energy Limited has approved the grant of3,940,000 share options to Directors and employees of the Company,its subsidiaries and its management company under the terms of theCompany's existing share option scheme. The options have a strikeprice set at $2.20 per share. One third of the options vest on June30, 2010 and the remaining two thirds vest one third each year overthe following two years, assuming continued employment, and theoption period is five years. Out of the total number of options1,150,000 have been awarded to primary insiders, the allocation ofthese is set out in the attached file.The total number of outstanding options granted after this grant is3,940,000.
