The result is a system that achieves high solute recovery rates with lower energy consumption than equivalent distillation-based separation.

Construction of each system uses materials selected for compatibility with the specific solvent and process chemistry involved. Stainless steel, glass-lined equipment, PTFE-lined components, and specialty corrosion-resistant alloys are available to handle the range of solvents, acids, and reactive streams encountered across pharmaceutical, metallurgical, and industrial applications.





Systems are available in laboratory, pilot scale, and industrial plant configurations, each with appropriate control systems ranging from manual operation for laboratory-scale work to full PLC automation with integrated solvent recovery for industrial continuous production. Customisation options cover vessel
sizing, contactor design, phase settling configuration, solvent system selection support, and automation scope.
