Following this transactionit holds 36,100,000 ordinary shares being 32.3% of the voting rightsof the Company.On 23 October 2009, Fitel Nominees as nominee for Artemis TrusteesLimited as trustees for Kilo Trust sold 2 million ordinary shares ata price of 10 p per share.
