In reference to the announcement published on 6 June, 2011 about the appointment
of Samuel Dyer Coriat as Executive Chairman of Copeinca ASA.
At a board meeting held on 10 October, it was resolved that due to newly assumed
personal obligations; Mr. Samuel Dyer Coriat will drop his executive duties at
Copeinca ASA and continue solely as Chairman of the Board.
