Electronics Line 3000: The Special General Meeting approved a grant of
380,000 options to management members and group-employees
Rishon LeZion, Israel (October 11, 2011) - Electronics Line 3000 Ltd. ('the
Company or 'EL') (XETRA: ELN), a global provider of wireless security with
remote management solutions, announces that board and the audit committee
as well as the special general meeting have approved a grant of 380,000
options to management members and group-employees.
The options have a maximum life of 10 years with an exercise price of 1.50
Euro per share.
Additional details of the Company's option plan are published on the
Company's website in the 'Notice of a Special General Meeting of
Shareholders' from September 4th 2011.
