(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 10/11/11 -- Argentum Silver Corp. (TSX VENTURE: ASL) ("Argentum" or the "Company") announces the grant of incentive stock options to a consultant of the Company to purchase up to 100,000 common shares in the capital stock of the Company pursuant to an approved share option plan. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.25 per share on or before October 6, 2012, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Argentum holds the right to acquire a 100% interest in the Lachiguiri, Silacayoapan and Nino Perdido properties, all located in Oaxaca, Mexico, under an option agreement with Arco Resources Corp.
