(Thomson Reuters ONE) - STOCKHOLM, Sweden - 27 October 2009 - for the fifth year in a rowTransmode, one of the leading suppliers of optical networkingsolutions, has been placed near the very top of internationalauditing and consulting company Deloitte's list, Fast 50, of thefastest growing technology companies in Sweden.A growth of 3,368 percent over the past five years - from 18 millionSEK 2004 to 607 million SEK 2008 - secured second place among the 50companies ranked in the Swedish Technology Fast 50. That means thatTransmode is the fastest growing hardware company in Sweden, as wellas its next biggest supplier of telecom equipment.Set up in 1995, the award program is present in 21 countries aroundthe world. Nominated companies in each country will now get thechance to compete in the European Fast 500 list."We are naturally highly honored to receive this accolade.
