"Through our acquisitions and investments, we have built a multi-media and social networking platform to generate revenues through marketing and product distribution as well as traditional advertising methods. We have targeted a niche affinity market (virtually untapped). To date, we have acquired an FM radio station (Power 105.5/Albany, GA - ) and have acquired and/or invested in five (5) key inspirational Internet sites that provide social networking, education, marketing, advertising network and content distribution (, , , and ). We have also built a filmmaking company (Amen Films, ) in order to capitalize on our proprietary database of over 200,000 contacts, plus made an investment in a niche inspirational magazine that provides Light Media with additional product awareness and distribution. Our focused investments in Audio/Radio, Video/Television, Print, Internet and Special Events media platforms, combined with product distribution (retail and digital), have strategically and powerfully positioned Light Media for positive upward momentum and growth," stated Danny Wilson, CEO, Light Media.
"Our growth strategy for the next twelve months is to continue with our aggressive acquisition campaign, seeking out additional radio and Internet properties specifically.
