Theindex is a key component of CDP's annual Nordic 200 Report, launchedtoday in Helsinki. Outotec has been commended by CDP for its approachto climate change disclosure. Outotec's score in the CDP ranking was74/100.The Carbon Disclosure Leadership Index lists the top ten percent ofcompanies within the Nordic 200 Index. These companies have displayedthe most professional approach to corporate governance in respect ofclimate change disclosure practices. Companies are scored based ontheir responses to CDP's 2009 questionnaire, which focused ongreenhouse gas emissions, emissions reduction targets, risks andopportunities associated with climate change.
