Today, without drawing, downloading a program, or learning a new skill, the everyday person can produce custom animated videos in just a few minutes, by choosing a few options and simply typing or talking into a mic. These user-created videos can then be distributed by exporting to YouTube, sharing on Facebook or Twitter, posting to Tumblr or embedding in a blog or website. Building on an already robust library of characters and backgrounds, the new political collection provides an opportunity for the electorate to join the election conversation in a rich media way.
