New Solution Provides BroadSoft Service Providers With Simple Way to Extend the BroadWorks Platform to Include VoIP Enabled Collaboration via the IBM Sametime Client

The new solution provides VoIP enabled collaboration, instant messaging, telephony presence, click to call, and other features that enable service providers to deliver a comprehensive platform which satisfies customers' IT, voice, data, collaboration, and network integration requirements.

Organizations looking for further capabilities may choose optional add-ons including Polycom® phones and video conferencing infrastructure, as well as structured cabling and other professional services.
