Wedge Energy International Inc.: Convertible Notes Exercised
(firmenpresse) - OTTAWA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 10/17/11 -- Wedge Energy International Inc. ("Wedge" or the "Company") (CNSX: WEG) announced that four of the holders of the convertible notes originally issued on January 26, 2010 exercised their conversion options. The Company issued 10,500,000 shares for the conversion of $105,000 convertible notes. Of the four holders who converted their notes one is a director of the Company.
