Nevada Sunrise Gold Corp's AGM Held on October 14, 2011
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 10/18/11 -- Nevada Sunrise Gold Corporation ("Nevada Sunrise" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: NEV) announces that it held its annual general meeting on October 14, 2011. The Company reports over 50% of the outstanding shares were voted. The shareholders approved William B. Henderson, Warren Stanyer and Richard Kehmeier be re-elected as directors of the Company with approximately 94% in favor. The shareholders of the Company also approved the setting of the number of directors at three with 95% in favor and re-appointed Davidson & Company, Chartered Accountants, as auditors for the ensuing year with 97% in favor. The shareholders approved the continuance of the Share Option Plan, as amended, with 82% in favor.
