ALDATA SOLUTION OYJ: CHANGES IN BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Mr. Pertti Ervi and Mr. Tommy H. Karlsson have resigned at their own will from
the positions as members of the Board of Directors of Aldata Solution Oyj. The
resignation will take effect immediately.
Mr. Pertti Ervi has been a Member of the Aldata Board of Directors since April
2010 and the Vice Chairman of the Board since April 2011. Mr. Tommy H. Karlsson
has been a Member of the Aldata Board since April 2008, a member of the Audit
Committee since April 2010 and a member of the Nomination Committee since
December 2010 until the Annual General Meeting on 7 April 2011.
Aldata Solution Oyj's Board of Directors is still quorate and will continue to
operate with four members. The Board consists of Mr. William F. Chisholm as a
Chairman, Mr. Aarne Aktan, Ms. Michele Fitzpatrick and Mr. Bertrand Sciard.
Decisions on the new Vice Chairman of the Board and composition of the Audit
Committee will be made in due course.
