2011 User Conference Features Top-Ranked Speakers With Insights on Best Service Delivery Practices Now and in the Future

The theme of this year's EVOLVE event is "Experience What's Now." Participants will hear some of the industry's leading analysts, strategists and service providers talk about how to profit from changes in the industry. Conference speakers will discuss the state of the communications and entertainment industry and will explore the best OSS practices to support integrated service transformation.

Titled "Get Your Head into the Clouds - Understanding and Embracing Best Practices in Cloud Computing for Service Providers," this session will address best practices for next-generation operators to roll out and deliver cloud-based services and how service providers can leverage the cloud to overcome challenges and embrace new opportunities in today's rapidly changing marketplace.
EVOLVE 2011 will also feature discussions about real-world deployments directly from Sigma's next-generation operator customers, including Charter, Tiscali, Telus, NET Servicos, Rogers, ZON Multimedia, Columbus Communications, Bell Aliant, American Technical Support, Cabovisão and WOW. The event will also feature speakers Ari Banerjee and Alan Breznick, senior analysts at Heavy Reading. Breznick will lead a discussion on "Delivering the Enhanced Entertainment Experience."
