BW Offshore awarded technology contract

(Thomson Reuters ONE) - (Bermuda, 3 November 2009): APL, a division of BW Offshore, hassigned a contract for the supply of two Single Anchor Loading (SAL)systems with an undisclosed client.The SAL system is developed by APL and consists of a single anchor onthe seabed with flexible riser and mooring equipment for transfer ofoil to shuttle tankers. Once the tanker is connected to the SALsystem it can freely weather wane around the SAL anchor base whileloading oil.The delivery of the systems is scheduled in the first half of 2011.For further information, please contact:Carl K.
