Munich-based provider of 3D visualization solutions increases share capital
RTT successfully completes capital increase
Munich, October 19, 2011 - Realtime Technology AG (RTT) (ticker symbol:
R1T) today announced the successful completion of a capital increase
amounting to 115,668 euros, carried out in connection with an employee
participation scheme. The applicable entry in the commercial register was
made on October 17, 2011.
The RTT share capital has thus increased from 4,285,236.00 to 4,400,904.00
euros, divided among a total of 4.400.904 shares. The increase in capital
was executed through a cash contribution; subscription rights of
shareholders were excluded.
