Galore's Warrant Extension Accepted
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 10/19/11 -- Galore Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: GRI) (the "Company") announces that the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") has granted its acceptance to extend warrants issued in connection with a non-brokered private placement completed October 27, 2009. The warrants will be extended by one (1) year from the expiry date.
As a result, the Company will extend the expiry date of 1,164,136 share purchase warrants, exercisable at $0.33 from October 27, 2011, to October 27, 2012.
Galore Resources is a British Columbia-based exploration company that has assembled a leading group of industry professionals to acquire and explore for promising deposits in Mexico and British Columbia.
