Callidus Names Aditya Krishnan Intellectual Property Counsel

(NASDAQ: CALD), the leader in , today announced the appointment of Aditya Krishnan as Senior Patent Counsel, a new position at the company. Mr. Krishnan will head up and drive Callidus' intellectual property (IP) market position.

Mr. Krishnan brings to Callidus an extensive background in patent litigation, patent licensing, and patent prosecution. Most recently, he was Director of IP for Zoran Corporation, responsible for all IP matters. Additionally, he has worked at several premier Silicon Valley technology companies and a prominent national IP law firm. Mr. Krishnan is a registered patent lawyer and earned his BSEE in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his Juris Doctorate from Villanova University.
