Siga Drops Interest in Big Bear and Montauban Projects
(firmenpresse) - CARSON CITY, NV -- (Marketwire) -- 10/24/11 -- Siga Resources Inc (OTCBB: SGAE) announces that the Lucky Thirteen Placer continues to show highly encouraging results from samples received to date from the recently completed bulk sampling. Based on these results, Siga has initiated additional testing, preliminary equipment selection and cost estimating. Siga now considers Lucky Thirteen to be in prefeasibility stage.
Siga further announces that initial due diligence on its Big Bear Property in California and the Montauban Project in Quebec, Canada has not shown projects meeting Siga's development criteria. Both are dropped from further interest and the Big Bear Joint Venture is no longer in effect.
