Chaarat (AIM - CGH), the AIM quoted exploration and development company with
assets in the Kyrgyz Republic, has been notified that, on 21 and 24 October
2011, Christopher Palmer-Tomkinson, the Company's Non-Executive Chairman,
purchased an aggregate of 100,000 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each ("Share(s)")
in the Company at an average price of 27p per Share. Following these purchases,
Christopher Palmer-Tomkinson has a beneficial interest in 10,100,000 Shares
representing approximately 4% of Chaarat's issued share capital.
