ZoomMed Plans Strong Growth for 2012
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 10/25/11 -- ZoomMed inc. (TSX VENTURE: ZMD) developer of e-Pic communication network through the ZRx Prescriber, wishes to inform its shareholders of several new contracts and renewing existing contracts, with many major pharmaceutical companies for the use of its communication chanel for pharmacological information.
Since the beginning of our fiscal year 2012, June 1st, 2011, the backlog value of pharmaceutical contracts, already totaling more than $2,460,000. These contracts fall into two categories, namely: the renewal of contracts from our fiscal year 2011 totaling $1,580,000 and $880,000 in new contracts. During all fiscal year 2011, total backlog was $ 2,100,000. New orders in the amount of $880,000 have been realized since September 1st, this in only 45 days. In just a few weeks we went, on our tool, from 36 to 50 programs, an increase of 38%. To date, 15 major pharmaceutical companies currently use the services of our e-Pic communication chanel.
