(firmenpresse) - LEWISVILLE, ID -- (Marketwire) -- 10/25/11 -- Idahoan® is adding hash brown casseroles to Walmart's expansive grocery inventory -- just in time for fall's cooler weather and the holidays.
This inventory expansion at some 3,500 Walmart stores across the country will be in the form of Idahoan FARMHOUSEFIX'Ns™ Hash Brown casseroles. It's the newest product to come out of the test kitchens of Idahoan.
The FARMHOUSEFIX'Ns product line has two distinct offerings, each featuring Idahoans renowned "easy-step prep":
FARMHOUSEFIX'Ns Cheesy Hash Browns that include a rich cream cheddar cheese sauce;
FARMHOUSEFIX'Ns O'Brien Hash Browns that are sprinkled with peppers and onions.
These hash browns beg to be served with every meal -- meaning they aren't just for breakfast anymore. Add a few simple ingredients and they can move from the side of the plate to the center.
Prepare Cheesy Hash Browns according to directions and let stand for 5 to 8 minutes. Sprinkle bacon pieces and Pico de Gallo on top of hash browns and bake for 20 minutes at 450 degrees or until set and slightly browned on top. Run a knife around the top of the cheesy bakes, place a baking sheet on the top of them and carefully flip the pan over so the bakes are resting on the baking sheet.
