(Thomson Reuters ONE) - Geveran Trading, a company indirectly controlled by trusts affiliatedwith John Fredriksen and his family, has extended TRS agreementsrelating to 30 million shares in Marine Harvest ASA. The newexpiration of the TRS agreements is 13 January 2010. The exerciseprice on the agreements is NOK 4,3597 per share. Geveran Trading'saffiliated ownership in Marine Harvest ASA is following thistransaction unchanged 1,079,632,775 shares, constituting 30.2 percentof the issued share capital. In addition Geveran Trading hold TRSagreements with an underlying exposure to 100 million shares.
