American Dream, produced by eQuest for its OFCCP Compliance and Veteran Out-Reach programs, is a weekly series that interviews celebrities and professional business people as they reconstruct their accomplishments, disappointments, and achievements in their careers.
In one segment, Beers talks about how his number one rated show, "Deadliest Catch" was conceived.
