Sycor continues to grow
By acquiring Aachen-based aixonix IT Consulting GmbH and opening a branch in Düsseldorf, Sycor is continuing on its path of expansion of recent years. The group of companies now employs more than 350 people worldwide.
(firmenpresse) - Effective 1 July, SYCOR GmbH acquired Aachen-based aixonix IT Consulting GmbH. Renamed Aixonix Transformation Management GmbH, the company will have its own brand identity rather than using the Sycor Group's corporate design. Founder Dr. Markus Müller continues to run the company. He is assisted by co-director Martin Renker.
"Since this is our third acquisition in three years, we have been focusing on integrating the 30 new employees into our processes and coordinating our workflows first," explains Sycor CEO Dr. Marko Weinrich. "With the opening of our new branch and the recruitment of new employees in Düsseldorf by our subsidiary SYCOR Enterprise Solutions GmbH, we now employ more than 350 people worldwide."
Aixonix Transformation Management GmbH specializes in transformation management, helping businesses adapt to changing market conditions, organizational structures and strategies and mapping these changes in IT systems. The company's target customers are corporate IT departments and internationally operating medium-sized enterprises. Aixonix Transformation Management GmbH offers special expertise for companies in the process manufacturing and discrete manufacturing industries.
"Our two new locations in Aachen and Düsseldorf ensure that we're even more present for customers in Germany. Together with our long-standing sites in Wiesbaden, Hamburg und Stuttgart, the new branches will make us even more attractive as an employer," says Marko Weinrich.
