(Worldwide Food Services) (PINKSHEETS: WFSV) announced today the Company has completed its acquisition of Disaster Response International, Inc. ("DRI"), a provider of water and temporary shelter for catastrophic events. The merger into Worldwide Food Services will allow DRI to also supply bulk rice and flour.

Worldwide Food Services, Inc. is 100% Debt-free. The Company owes no suppliers or manufacturers; inventories that are held have all been paid-in-full.
