New Head of Nobia Denmark

Nobia announces the appointment of Lars Bay-Smidt as Executive Vice President
Nobia Denmark. He replaces Henrik Karup Jørgensen in his role as Head of Nobia
Denmark effective 1 November and will be a member of Group Management.
Lars Bay-Smidt is 42 years of age and has held the positions of Sales Director
at HTH since 2008 and General Manager of HTH since 2010. He has previously held
several senior sales positions at Actona Company, Bøg Madsen and Gasa Aarhus in
Denmark.

I look forward to having him on the management team," comments Morten
