Mexico City, 31st of October 2011: La Bonita PLC announces the successful
listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, Open Market with the Ticker Symbol
'8LB' and an initial Share Price between 1.40 EUR and 1.50EUR spread per
Share. 10,000,000 Shares are authorized and issued.
The Company is entering at a perfect time and manner into the era of
protected agriculture by growing and harvesting Fresh Produce the whole
year around 365 days a year. The Production of our Products will be located
