STADA: STADA sales companies very successful in tenders for discount
agreements with various German public health insurance organizations

Bad Vilbel, October 31, 2011 - In the view of the Executive Board, the
STADA sales companies STADApharm GmbH, ALIUD PHARMA GmbH and cell pharm
Gesellschaft für pharmazeutische und diagnostische Präparate mbH were very
successful in the last round of tenders with KKH-Allianz, Vereinigten IKK
and the Techniker Krankenkasse (TK) for discount agreements pursuant to
Section 130 a SGB V valid throughout Germany.
The three STADA sales companies thus received contracts for 76 active
ingredients from a total of 200 active ingredients - including some product
launches and in-house production - in the tender rounds KKH 4, IKK 2 and TK
3.
The contracts are legally effective, take effect on January 01, 2012 and
February 01, 2012 and have a regular term of two years.
Depending on the design of the contract, the relevant STADA sales company
is either the exclusive contract partner or one of three contract partners
of the respective public health insurance organizations.
In view of these newly concluded discount agreements and the in part
large-volume awards previously received from other public health insurance
organizations, STADA's Executive Board expects that the Group's market
share by volume in the German market will increase further. Overall, STADA
now has discount agreements with almost all public health insurance
organizations in Germany.
