Novotus Launches Free Recruiting Self-Evaluation Assessment
Free Assessment Tool Unveiled at the HRSouthwest Conference

This online-based tool gives recruiting leaders the ability to analyze the current state of recruiting and receive recommendations for opportunities for improvement from Novotus.
"The evaluation covers all major areas of recruiting from strategy and sourcing to technology and metrics," explained Mike Mayeux, Novotus Founder and CEO. The free assessment consists of more than 50 questions to help achieve a balanced appraisal of a company's recruiting organization. The responses are summarized and returned in an email along with a document of recommendations for improvement from Novotus. The tool is free and available to anyone online at Novotus.com. The launch of the new assessment comes on the heels of the recent announcement of significant revenue growth and office expansion at the Novotus headquarters in Austin, Texas.
