2011 regarding purchase of DNO shares. The company has received feedback
requesting that the highest price which will be accepted in the Offer is made
public.
The maximum price which will be accepted in the Offer is set at NOK 7.50, which
represents a premium to today's closing price of 14.2%.
The book i building period is extended to 21.00 CET.
