showcased by online retailer, JP Selects.

company, has announced its online eco-conscious products retail company, JP
Selects, has partnered with MicroVenture Marketplace, Inc. to identify and
provide investment capital to those brands showcased by JP Selects.
Based in Austin Texas, MicroVenture Marketplace, Inc. enables start-up
companies and small businesses to access early-stage capital investment
from pre-qualified investors in private offerings and securities.
Commenting, Jonathan Kendrick, Chairman and CEO of ROK said 'As we add more
eco-friendly and sustainable brands to the fast-growing JP Selects product
portfolio, it has become apparent that many of our partner brands are
perfectly positioned for investment to achieve the growth they are capable
