Telx's carrier-neutral, connection-rich data center gives VoicePulse a wider choice in network connectivity, improving the audio quality of VoicePulse's VoIP for residential, wholesale and carrier customers. Telx will also provide redundant backup systems to eliminate network downtime and increase reliability of the company's VoIP network.
