November 2009, GMT: 17:05 ÿssur signs a new market making agreement with New Kaupthingÿssur hf. and New Kaupthing Bank hf. have today signed a new marketmaking agreement, replacing the previous agreement between thecompanies from February 2005. This agreement is only in relation tothe Company's listing in Iceland.According to the agreement, New Kaupthing acts as market maker onNASDAQ OMX Iceland for shares issued by ÿssur. New Kaupthing willsubmit daily bid and offer quotes for the shares in the NASDAQ OMXIceland trading system. The amount of each bid and offer quote shallbe a minimum of 20,000 shares at a price determined by New Kaupthingat any given time. The maximum bid/offer spread shall not exceed 2.0%and the difference from the last price shall not exceed 3.5%.
