Largest Authorized DISH TV Call Center Implements Zero Client Desktop Virtualization for Centralized Management and Energy Efficiency

Pano Logic enabled Infinity to eliminate time-consuming PC maintenance by 800% and to reduce energy consumption through fully centralized management of Pano Logic zero client desktop virtualization devices.

Since the deployment, Infinity Sales Group has scaled back to one helpdesk IT worker, who manages the environment centrally from his desk.
Pano Logic zero clients have no processor, no operating system, no storage, nor any moving parts, so they only consume 5 watts of energy, a 97% reduction in energy consumption costs compared to the most energy efficient PCs. Additionally, Infinity Sales Group determined Pano Logic was less expensive than traditional PCs, achieving an immediate ROI during its PC refresh cycle.
