BioExx Announces Appointment of New Director

(TSX: BXI) is pleased to announce that Mr. Markus Vettiger has been appointed to its Board of Directors. The Company welcomes Mr. Vettiger's extensive international business experience in food products and food ingredients markets.
Markus Vettiger is the Chief Executive Officer of Maestrani Swiss Chocolates Ltd., of Flawil, Switzerland. His more than 30 year management career includes food products industry experience in food additives, ingredients, dairy, and confectionary, in manufacturing, distribution, and marketing capacities. He brings to the company experience in operations, change management, and negotiating co-development arrangements, partnerships, and acquisitions, along with his many and varied relationships in the food industry. He is a business graduate of the Handelsschule des Kaufmannischen Vereins Rapperswil, in Switzerland, and has completed executive programs at INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France, and in Singapore.
Q3 2011 Financial Results
BioExx will release its financial results for the three and nine month periods ended September 30, 2011 following the close of markets on Monday, November 14, 2011. Management will host a conference call on Tuesday, November 15 at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) to review the financial results.
